Once the repair is completed and payment requirements are satisfied, your system is shipped back to you.
I don't start work until you approve the price. The $35 diagnostic fee is charged at drop-off and applied toward your repair. If we can't agree on a price, you pay only the diagnostic fee and get your device back — no hard feelings. I'd rather be straight with you than lose your trust.
Most people end up in the Performance Boost tier — it handles the actual problem plus cleans everything up so it doesn't come back fast. If your machine is older or has been running rough for a long time, the Full System Refresh is usually worth it.
I recommend it, but I'll always ask before erasing or reinstalling anything. I won't touch your data without telling you first. The Full System Refresh and Ultimate Care packages include a data backup as part of the service.
No — package prices cover labor only. If parts are needed (SSD, RAM, thermal paste, etc.), I quote those separately at actual cost before anything starts. You always know the full price upfront.
Most repairs are done within 5–10 business days. Complex repairs or those waiting on parts may take a bit longer — I'll always keep you in the loop.

In many cases, yes. An SSD, RAM or other hardware upgrade can significantly improve an older computer depending on its existing hardware and what you use the system for. I'll let you know when an upgrade makes sense and when replacement would be the better option.
