A security deposit is required and must be paid upfront for all parts ordered. This deposit covers the full cost of parts and is non-refundable once parts have been ordered. Remaining labor and additional fees are due upon completion and must be paid prior to shipping for mail-in builds.
If you choose to mail in your device, please include a completed repair request form with your package. Repairs begin only after both the package and form are received. Payment is required before the repaired device is shipped back to you.
